Turn your Radion G5 into a Radion G6
Whether you own a Radion G5 Blue or Pro, you can choose to upgrade to your desired model. For example, you have a Radion XR15 G5 Blue, but you want a Radion XR15 G6 Pro? That’ s fine - you can easily upgrade your Blue model to a Pro model. The same applies to a Radion XR30 G5 Pro, which you can be upgraded to a Radion XR30 G6 Blue for example.
You can perform the upgrade yourself
If you feel comfortable and prefer to do the upgrade yourself you can with just a few simple steps. The XR15 is a little more elaborate in the conversion due to a few more steps, but even that is relatively easy to manage.
IMPORTANT - Requirement for all upgrade kits is to update the firmware of the Radion via Mobius to the latest version before starting the upgrade.
If you do not want to perform the upgrade yourself follow the steps below:
Please contact your dealer and ask for the upgrade kit to be installed by us. Send us your current Radion via an RMA, we will rebuild your Radion according to your wishes.
You will handle the entire process through your dealer, were you will also pay everything in advance.
Before completing the physical upgrade, your Radion needs to be Firmware updated to the latest Version for the upgrade to function properly!
