For effective increase of the carbonate hardness

kH-Plus increases immediately the carbonate hardness.
The carbonate hardness in the pond should be over 5° dkH (°German carbonate hardness) rsp. 8,9° TAC (°French carbonate hardness).
The carbonate hardness reflects the acid bonding capacity of the water and stabilizes the pH-value in the pond.
A too small kH-value can lead to a pH-drop.
Particularly in fish cultivation facilities or ponds with high fish trimming it can lead to a drop of the ph-value caused by biological decomposition process.

Application:
Intersperse the weighed out dose evenly on the pond surface.
A short-time turbidity in the water is possible.
Do not intersperse directly on plants.
The filter and UV-devices can remain in operation.
Larger kH-value increases should take place over several days !

Dosing:
100g (3.5 oz) kH-Plus increase the carbonate hardness by 3,6° dkH (6,4°TAC) per 1000 liters (265 gal) pond water.
