Product itself is good but customer service lacking. I ordered the mini gooseneck and was sent the long one. When i enquired i was told that they only had the long one. I was told to pack it again and send it back which i cant because there is no post office near my house. Basically i got stuck with it, and cant use it as it doesn't fit my cabinet. Point is they sent the wrong one without asking if i wanted the long gooseneck. Won't risk buying again. I cant imagine what would happen if i bought a high priced item like a fish tank and sent me the wrong one becuase they dont have what i ordered
